Stick with 3.52 m33-4. 3.71 does have kernal but also it doesn't. Sony fixed that once I think Dark Alex or M33's code was released and they got hold of it. Cheatmaster doesn't work on 3.71 and above if your into hacking. If not update to 3.71 m33-3.

but now my analog stick is on the fritz dammit.... 3 months!!!! seriously they need to enforce these things or supply a easy fix!
